"Pretty straightforward to book"
I booked tickets on royalacademy.org.uk and it was easy enough overall. I did have to poke around for a minute to find the time slot I wanted, but not a big deal. Checkout was smooth, the email confirmation came through quickly, and yeah, it all worked fine in the end.

"I got the RA membership and I’m..."
I got the RA membership and I’m glad I did. It feels like good value. I like being able to pop in without thinking too much about ticket prices. The members’ room is a nice extra too, especially when it’s busy. If you visit a few times a year, it pretty much pays for itself. I’m really happy with it.

"Easy to get around inside"
Really easy to get around inside. Lift worked fine. Loos were clean too. No complaints

"Nice exhibitions, but I felt a bit brushed off"
The exhibitions were good overall and I did enjoy walking through them. Some of the rooms got really crowded, which made it harder to take everything in. I also kind of felt dismissed at times when I had a question, like the staff were too busy to really acknowledge me. Still, the displays themselves were worth seeing.

"Helpful staff, but the wait was frustrating"
The staff were really helpful and friendly once I got to speak with them, so I do appreciate that. I just wish the wait hadn’t been so long because it got frustrating after a while.
